Shubb capos are among the best you can get. They have been making capos for about 50 years, and their expertise shows in the design; details like the adjustable screw and the roller means the capo will adjust precisely and smoothly to the neck and helps give precise, even tuning on each fret with no fret buzz. The build quality is excellent, and I never had a return. Once you get used to how the screw works and adjusts it’s a really good offering, but if you clip the capo to the headstock when you’re not using it, then be aware that you can’t do that with this model. The C1, which is the best selling Shubb model, is made of nickel coated brass, and the rubber sleeve is very durable. Neat design as well.
