Louis Drouet’s  32 Studies for Bassoon are transcribed from 25 Famous Studies for Flute by Martin Gatt Studies such as these are rare in the bassoon …repertoire and Martin Gatt saw the need for teaching aids to extend the agility of bassoon students of pre-college (Grades 7 to 8) standard. He has transcribed Drouet’s 25 Studies and has in some cases provided alternative versions in different keys. This brings the total number in this version to 32 Studies for Bassoon.
