Devienne’s Trio Op. 61 No. 6 in D minor is a classical chamber work composed around 1795–1796, and is part of a set of “Trois TRIOS Concertants” intended for woodwind instruments.

These two trios of six were published originally in two groups of three by Sieber and by Andre around 1795/1796. The title of the original edition reads “Trois TRIOS Concertants pour Flûte, Clarinette et Basson par F. DEVIENNE 11”.

They were also published in an arrangement for flute, violin and cello. The source document for this edition is a copy of the original publication in the Kungliga Musikaliska Akademiens Bibliotek in Stockholm.
