  • Kyser KG6 Capo

    Kyser KG6 Capo

Good, compact capo which is very easy to use, although the scroll can make it a little awkward to get your hand round the clamp. Quite durable, and the spring is robust.

  • Dunlop 83CB Capo

    Dunlop 83CB Capo

Trigger style capo which is well made and very easy to use. The spring strength is very strong which doesn’t suit every guitar, and, unlike the Shubb models, there is no way of adjusting it to improve the fit. Clips easily onto the head-stock when not in use.

  • Dunlop 11c Capo

Not a big fan of these type of capos. They’re really just for using if you have no alternative or if you don’t need to use a capo very much. Hard to get the tension right, and the wrap round design makes more awkward to attach. On the other hand, they’re cheap, and the design…

  • TGI Capo

    TGI Capo

Reasonable offering for the money. Quick to attach, but the spring is not very robust compared to the Kyser or Dunlop ones.

  • Shubb C1 Capo

    Shubb C1 Capo

Shubb capos are among the best you can get. They have been making capos for about 50 years, and their expertise shows in the design; details like the adjustable screw and the roller means the capo will adjust precisely and smoothly to the neck and helps give precise, even tuning on each fret with no…

  • Konig & Meyer 19793 Tablet PC Stand

Konig & Meyer 19793 Tablet PC Stand

This Konig & Meyer model is a music stand designed to hold your tablet device rather than printed music. We like that it is a very sturdy stand (a must for more expensive tablets), although the assembly takes a little bit of getting used to. As you would expect with K&M, the quality of the…

  • Lamicall Tablet and iPad Tripod Stand

Lamicall Tablet and iPad Tripod Stand

This Lamicall model is a traditional style tripod music stand holder, but for tablet pc’s and iPads rather than sheet music. The stand has 4 sections you can adjust the height with – from 16.7 inches (42.5 cm) to 65 inch (165 cm). It’s easy to adjust as well; just open the clasp, adjust to…

  • Stands and holders for iPads and Tablets

These days attaching your tablet pc or iPad is an important accessory for the majority of musicians. Before you buy, we’d recommend taking a few minutes to think about what you need: Clip-on holders are great if you already have a good music stand or mic stand (just make sure the stand is robust enough…

  • Lamicall iPad and Tablet Gooseneck

    Lamicall iPad and Tablet Gooseneck

If you need a stand for your tablet pc or smart phone with the ability to position the screen precisely, it’s probably worth looking at a gooseneck style stand. The Lamicall offering is a good option. There are two pull strings at the back to adjust the width of the holder, the swivel fitting means…
