Moleiro, Moisés

Venezuelan composer and pianist Moisés Moleiro (28 March 1904 – 18 June 1979) studied piano and harmony at the Escuela de Superior de Música
under composer Salvador Llamozas (1854 – 1940). He taught piano at the Caracas Musical Declamation Academy (Escuela de Música José Ángel Lamas ) and founded the Orfeon Lamas.

His works have been performed in the United States, Europe, and across Latin America, and Clifton Edition have recently been published two volumes of his piano music edited by Clara Rodriguez.
