The Gran Concerto su Temi dall’Opera “I Vespri Siciliani” di Verdi is a virtuoso work for oboe by the Italian composer and oboist Antonino Pasculli (1842–1924).

The composition is a bravura fantasy based on themes from Giuseppe Verdi’s opera, I Vespri Siciliani (The Sicilian Vespers), and was originally composed for oboe and orchestra, it is most frequently performed and published as a version for oboe and piano (piano reduction). It is known for its extreme technical difficulty, it is a staple of the “Paganini of the oboe” repertoire, featuring rapid-fire arpeggios, trills, and long phrases often requiring circular breathing.
